How does sizing work?

Every set fits a little differently — some sculpt, some stretch. That’s why each product has its own unique Size Chart just below the size selector.

You’ll also see which size our model wears, so you can compare.

Not sure? It’s generally safer to size up. And if the size isn’t right, you have 60 days from delivery to ask us for a different size or store credit.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

No stress — email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We can help with a different size or store credit, depending on your order and location, and in many cases you won’t even need to send the original back.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then shipped with tracking:

UK: 5–12 working days
USA: 5–8 working days
Europe: 5–15 working days
Rest of World: 7–20 working days

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes — always.
Your order arrives in a plain, unbranded package, with no visible mention of lingerie or Madam Muse on the outside.

Can I return an item?

You can return your order within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in new condition and in their original packaging.

Message us via our contact page with your order number before sending anything back and we’ll send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds are processed within 2 business days once your return has been received and checked. Full details in our Refund Policy.
